Apply Massive Psychological Reversal:
Rub the Sore Spot while saying, "I want to be healthy."
NOTE: Rub for 10-20 seconds.
What are we tapping for?
Select an emotion.
On a scale of 0 to 10, how bad do you feel?
(10 being the worst, 0 being nothing.)
Select a number.
Apply Tapping Sequence:

Close your eyes
Open your eyes
Look down to one side
Look down to the other side
Roll your eyes in one direction
Now in the opposite direction
Hum a tune
Count to 5

Apply Floor-to-Ceiling Eye Roll:
While continuously tapping on either Gamut Spot,
Without moving your head, look down toward the floor,
Within a count of 10, lift your eyes up toward the ceiling,
Repeat the above steps while tapping on the other Gamut Spot.

Apply Collarbone Breathing:
Take two fingertips and touch one of the collarbone points.
Rapidly and continuosly tap the gamut spot on the back of that hand while going through the 5 breathing positions below; give about five good taps for each of the hold positions:
Take a deep breath in fully, hold it.
Let half of that breath out, hold it.
Let it all out, hold it.
Take a half breath in, hold it.
Breathe normally.
Move the same two fingertips to the other collarbone point and repeat.
Now, bend the same two fingers in half and touch the knuckles to that same collarbone point and tap while going through the 5 breathing positions.
Move your knuckles to the other collarbone point and tap while going through the 5 breathing positions.
Next, repeat this process with the other hand, going to each collarbone point with both fingertips and knuckles, while performing the 5 breathing positions and tapping on the gamut spot.
